TIMOTHY K. BRADLEY, CPA

As the CEO, Tim draws on more than 27 years experience as a business advisor to successfully direct Bradley Consulting Group clients. With a thorough understanding of the firm’s client needs, Tim works closely with business owners, advising them on the acquisition and sale of businesses, succession planning, shareholder descents, buy/sell agreements, estate planning and wealth management. His particular focus is on owner-managed and family-owned businesses. Clients appreciate his balanced and practical approach to their unique issues and his ability to effectively build a strong working rapport.

Tim’s strengths lie in establishing exit strategies and ownership succession, business formation and liquidation, choice of entity, reorganizations, accounting methods and evaluation of exposure. His clients represent industries in oil and gas, construction, professional service organizations, manufacturing, wholesale and retail distribution, and real estate development.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado and has completed post-graduate work in taxation at the University of Denver and University of Colorado. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.

An avid golfer and tennis enthusiast, Tim is active in the community having served on several advisory and Foundation Boards. A Colorado native, Tim is married with three daughters in college, doing his part to support our nation’s academic success.
