A Tax and Business Valuation Principal, Pam Duys brings nearly thirty years of public accounting experience to the Bradley Consulting Group. In addition to her CPA credential, Pam holds a Masters in Taxation, and the Accredited in Business Valuation and Accredited in Business Appraisal Review designations, all of which provide particular value to clients who need services related to tax transactions, mergers and acquisition, corporate liquidation, estate and gift planning and wealth transfers. Her background provides particular value to small- to mid-size clients who need services related to tax transactions with corporations, partnerships and their owners, including estate, trusts and gift tax planning.

Pam has worked with local, national and international CPA firms during her career. Her enthusiasm for helping closely held businesses and their owners eventually led her to BCG where her expertise in innovative tax planning and business valuation consulting adds substantial depth to the firm. Pam’s broad-based knowledge of financial reporting and business management make her a valuable resource to our clients and our team.

Pam has provided expert testimony and consulting with attorneys in various Court Cases on tax and business valuation issues. Industry emphasis includes real estate and software developers, professional services, hospitality, restaurants, not-for-profit, retail, distribution and manufacturing.

Pam is a Florida transplant who loves the change of seasons in Colorado. She is a sports enthusiast and world traveler who enjoys golf, scuba diving, horseback riding, and snow skiing. Pam is dedicated to helping people, non-profit groups, and trying to make our world a more comfortable place to be.
