Fixed Price Agreements. Over the years we've learned that clients don't like to be surprised by a larger-than-expected invoice at the end of an engagement. No one does. With that in mind, most of our clients have Fixed Price Agreements with us. This lets us work together to set the scope, price, and terms of a project before any work begins. The result is greatly improved customer satisfaction, and an effective and dynamic partnership. And of course, we’re always happy to discuss a fixed price for our services.

Service Guarantee. Our work is guaranteed to the complete satisfaction of the client. It’s just that simple. If you are not completely satisfied with the services performed by BCG, we will either refund the price, or accept a portion of the price that reflects your level of satisfaction.

Quality Review. Bradley Consulting Group believes in a policy of quality review to maintain the highest level of product delivered. As part of this program, all major services that are performed will be reviewed by another CPA within our firm under the strictest rules of confidentiality.

Unlimited Access. Our signature service makes the BCG team available for unlimited meetings to discuss operational, business and tax matters and other topics at your discretion of your company and/or agents. We also provide unlimited phone support regarding accounting assistance, transactional analysis, etc. Unlimited Access is available only with our Fixed Price Agreements.
